Position Overview: As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive analysis using intelligence information from multiple sources. Your role involves assessing, interpreting, forecasting, and explaining a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. You will provide all-source analytical support for collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Provide all-source analytical support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Offer expertise and assistance in the creation of collection strategies, postures, and plans to meet USCYBERCOM Intelligence and information gaps.
Utilize knowledge in all-source intelligence collection management systems, databases, and processes (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, CI, OSINT, IMINT, GEOINT, TECHINT).
Be familiar with the structure, role, and command relationships of USCYBERCOM and its subordinate organizations.
Translate tactical requirements into strategic objectives.
Assist in validating, coordinating, drafting, submitting, and maintaining formal USCYBERCOM Cyber Intelligence Requirements and information requests through USSTRATCOM to the intelligence community.
Use intelligence collection and requirements tools and databases, including Coliseum, HOTR, NHRTC, and OSCAR-MS.
Participate in strategic boards, bureaus, committees, centers, and working groups to assist in the planning of standing and ad hoc collection efforts.
De-conflict and coordinate intelligence and information needs and requirements that cross organizational boundaries.
Facilitate joint collection efforts at strategic and operational levels.
Manage requests for collection operations.
Coordinate asset and resource availability.
Develop operational plans to satisfy intelligence requirements.
De-conflict time-sensitive requirements among mission partners in collaboration with J2 personnel as needed.
Assist in the planning and management of organic collection assets through the intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance planning process.
Coordinate non-organic collection activities supporting USCYBERCOM.
Validate, de-conflict, and consolidate intelligence requirements for operationally controlled Service cyber components and cyber mission forces.
Develop, revise, and maintain the command priority intelligence requirements.
Support the collection planning of intelligence planning teams and other operational planning groups within the command.
Provide subject matter and technical expertise in GEOINT Information Management Services for the development of a GEOINT collection requirements portfolio and associated management functions within the JIOC.
Understand J2's role in executing USCYBERCOM's collection management authorities as governed by delegated SIGINT authorities and how those authorities are extended to the CMF via tasking and guidance in alignment with the mission.
Develop collection management strategies for USCYBERCOM's JFHQ-Cs and CNMF-HQ, and collaborate with NSA for appropriate mission alignment.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree with 12 years of direct experience.
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
