Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Integrator/COO to manage and oversee daily operations across multiple departments. This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring systems and processes run efficiently, teams are aligned, and company goals are achieved. As a strategic leader, you will ensure the execution of the company’s vision, driving operational excellence, and scaling the organization effectively. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who excels at keeping operations on track, maintaining order, and driving team accountability in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Ensure all systems, processes, and workflows are followed across departments. Monitor, track, and optimize operations to ensure timely completion and organizational efficiency. Oversee and manage daily operations to maintain smooth functioning across all teams.
- Team Accountability & Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring they are supported, motivated, and aligned with company goals. Provide the tools, resources, and guidance necessary for teams to succeed in their roles and meet performance targets.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to translate long-term company vision into actionable operational plans. Ensure seamless execution of key projects, aligning resources with business priorities.
- Project Prioritization & Coordination: Help prioritize projects and tasks across departments, ensuring that both simple and critical items are completed on time and within budget. Monitor the progress of key initiatives and resolve bottlenecks or issues as they arise.
- Process & Systems Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of quality across all areas of the business.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Foster clear communication across teams and departments. Ensure alignment of goals and provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders regarding project status, operational performance, and team effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and align diverse teams toward common goals. A hands-on, strategic leader who can manage day-to-day operations while scaling the business.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the fintech industry or a technology-driven sector is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of industry trends, regulatory considerations, and technology integration.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ensure projects are completed on time. Experience in optimizing operational workflows and processes.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on follow-up and maintaining accountability across teams. Able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, resolve operational challenges, and make critical decisions with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with technology platforms used in fintech operations, including project management tools, CRM systems, and financial reporting software. A comfort with integrating new technologies into operational workflows is essential.
