About the Role:
As an Integration and Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems. You will synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

As an Integration and Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems. You will synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish functional and technical specifications and standards.
- Solve hardware/software interface problems and define input/output parameters.
- Ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability.
- Develop and direct the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
- Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
- Perform analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.
- Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.
- Active Secret Clearance
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Production.
- 6+ years of experience in Test Equipment Design.
- 6+ years of experience in Electronic Testing.
- 6+ years of experience in Mechanical Testing.
- Experience in automated test equipment development/maintenance in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience with Electro-Optic sensor solutions for military platforms.
- This is a 2nd shift role (10-hour shift from noon to 10 PM).
- Some first shift overlap is expected during training, but the role is primarily 2nd shift.
