Role - Integration Strategy Product Manager
Location - Alpharetta, GA(Onsite)

Contract - 6 months to start with.

Senior Product Manager with Consulting/Research background
Technical HCM product integration research contributing to the integration strategy
Outside in thinking on how to solve for integrations
Develop a deep understanding of pain points, areas of overlap, and opportunities to drive a cohesive integration strategy.

Experience:Integrations background - understanding of technical / data integrationsWhat else is strategy doing on the research front

Presentation skills for exec leadership of findings/recommendations
5-7 Years of experience in:Consulting/research engagements
Product Management

Primary activities during the engagement:Focused research across enterprise businesses and technology organizations on integration strategy
Formulate a research plan on BU integrations
Existing pain points
Looking for common themes, and patterns across Business Units
Interview multiple roles across the BusR&D owners of existing integration solutions
Business/operations with hands-on experience in integration tools
Client feedback/perspective on integration solutions provided
Align with Corporate strategy teams aligned to BUs to understand existing needs stemming from BU leadership

Outcome:Integration strategy, product, and process recommendations.
