We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Integration Engineer to join our team supporting Baggage Handling Systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, installing, and maintaining electrical PLC control systems, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our automation processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where innovation and forward-thinking are valued. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, install, and maintain electrical PLC control systems.
2. Troubleshoot PLCs to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
3. Create and modify system designs, including electrical device layouts and wiring schematics, to meet changing needs and requirements.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement automation strategies.
5. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all operations.
7. Coordinate with other departments to integrate new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation.
3. Proven experience with Allen Bradley, and PLC Siemens.
4. Strong knowledge of coding and system design.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
6. Experience with automation and a strong understanding of its applications, ideally in Baggage Handling Systems.
7. Familiarity with airport operations and the ability to integrate systems effectively.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
12. Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
