The Integrated Production Coordinator will support the Head of Production, Senior Integrated Producer and Content Director/Editor team in all areas of production. Your day to day can and will be different depending on what projects you will be helping to bring to life. One day you may be helping to organize an in house photoshoot or attending a conference call with a producer to help bring the next Wonderful commercial to air. Working internally, we also have a team of creative shooters, editors, animators, retouching artists as well as a full creative team (copywriters and art directors at every level) that you will interact with. This job is one where you will touch every facet of production in advertising/marketing.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Job Description- Administrative tasks including managing vendors, creating estimates/managing budgets and paying invoices, booking travel, researching locations, and creation of completion report documentation
- Traffic responsibilities and asset management; creation and management of ISCI codes/filenames, and uploading finished assets to our 3rd party delivery partner
- Point person for the integrated production studio, managing workflow, creation of schedules, generating estimates, managing projects, and budget qc projects and delivering assets
- Managing production files on our servers
- Working on productions on location or sets in a varying capacities (production assistant and any other needs as required by the production
Qualifications
- Approximately 1-2 years in a similar position within a production company, studio, advertising agency, internal brand or marketing team, or having experience within a social platform production team (Meta/Instagram/Pinterest/TikTok/Reddit)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, simultaneously supporting several projects and teams in various phases of production (from evaluation to production through delivery)
- Genuine passion and curiosity around all facets of production
- Strong prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail
- Collaborative team player, with the ability to adapt and pivot quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, Sharepoint, One Drive, Apple Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Google tools, Frame I.O., Dropbox and adaptability to new technology. Use of AI search tools and interest in AI technology to support production.
- BA or equivalent degree desired, but not a requirement (what applicable life skills can you share?)

Pay Range: $36.06 - $38.46 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
