BrandStar Entertainment is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to coordinate, implement, and execute marketing campaigns spanning multiple channels. The Integrated Marketing Specialist must be able to work with teams of marketers, designers, copywriters, and content strategists to develop cohesive strategies across digital and traditional media platforms.

THE POSITION
The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and executing marketing plans across multiple media channels. This person may be tasked with developing new products or services, identifying target markets, and other general business tasks to support the business development efforts of the organization. Specific responsibilities include:
- Research new technologies and industry trends. Identify potential impact to the business’ marketing efforts.
- Identify and analyze business objectives to shape marketing strategies.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns and initiatives and translate into data-driven insights that support recommendations and positioning.
- Develop marketing plans to meet business objectives by researching customer behavior, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure success of the MarTech (i.e., marketing technology) roadmap and work to engage with and understand the targeted areas including vendors and internal multi-functional partners. Apply analytical skills to examine data and ideas, identify assumptions, and obtain detailed information to support the planning of MarTech solutions and technology products.
- Research client priorities and preferences in selected channels to customize marketing and promotional programs.
- Set campaign objectives, define targets, identify audience, set and measure KPIs, channel selection and optimization, audience touchpoints/engagements, amplifying on-brand materials and "tone of voice".
- Accurately select marketing and advertising channels, track metrics, and optimize strategy and tactics based on performance data.
- Analyze competitor products and marketing strategies to develop effective countermeasures.
- Build credibility and trust among cross-functional teams. Articulate and pitch ideas and perspectives through direct and indirect influence.
- Assist in the design of web pages and other online content for company websites.
- Collaborate with overall marketing team to develop marketing strategies that increase brand recognition and build customer loyalty.

Required Experience:
Successful candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience in an agency or within an internal marketing department managing marketing campaign projects and client deliverables.
- Bachelors’ degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields
- Experience supporting third party marketing efforts preferred.
- Prior experience building and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Possess a solid understanding of integrated marketing and the impact made to enable sales.
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactical measures to achieve strategic goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills). Must be able to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to work with multiple internal and external teams effectively.
- A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
- The ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data and see the big picture, providing actionable and influential recommendations
- Ability to recognize opportunities, formulate hypothesis, plan research, identify insights, and drive recommendations relevant to the business goals and objectives
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
