Our client, a high growth and up & coming beauty company with a broad range of exceptional market-leading beauty products and accessories is looking to identify a creative Integrated Marketing Manager for their Integrated Marketing team
Position Overview:
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketing activity and calendar rollout. This role requires excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams as well as a passion for data and insights as tools to fuel continued brand growth. This role will partner closely with brand marketing and sales and report to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possesses a unique blend of creative and analytical skills combined with the ability to deliver results.
- Work cross-functionally to bring innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives to life across all channels
- Assist in the development of the integrated marketing communications narrative/storytelling linked to PR, social, influencer, paid media, and experiential marketing
- Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including weekly reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars, leading the development of integrated channel plans
- Partner with the media team to consistently drive year-over-year growth across all primary channels and initiatives
- Manage the organic social media strategy across multiple channels, working with the creative team to drive the content strategy
- Assist in the management of the integrated marketing budget and monthly reconciliation and reporting
- Own and maintain all necessary integrated marketing resources & decks
- Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans
- Oversee the management of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) within the team
- Manage and oversee the influencer strategy across paid and organic across the full campaign flight from negotiation to post-campaign reporting
- Collaborate and advise on retail marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within the beauty industry
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
- Experience in negotiations and budget tracking
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative concepts
- High level of energy and attention to detail, with the foresight to think about the bigger picture
- Extensive knowledge and deep passion for social platforms like TikTok and Instagram
- Takes an active interest in beauty trends, brands and products
- You’re a curious and resourceful self-starter, with the ability to solve problems and seek new information
- Always demonstrates a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
