**Responsibilities**
**_Strategy & Planning_**
+ _Develop strategic briefs that are informed by_ _Microsoft_ _business_ _priorities, value proposition,_ _competitive landscape and align to customer segmented approach._
+ _Lead cross-team alignment with outbound channel partners and other Microsoft teams to develop campaign go-to-market_ _stratigies_ _that will come to life across all channels._
+ _Work in partnership with Store Studio teams to devise the cam_ _paign_ _creative approach; inclusive of messaging strategy, hero assets, and other creative mandatories and considerations._
+ _Build_ _an_ _innovative campaign roadmap that addresses key challenges_ _in the ma_ _rketplace and aligns_ _with the company's_ _strategic initiatives._
+ _Work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization, including obtaining senior management and cross-team alignment on plans._
+ _Develop communications to inform wider Microsoft and senior leadership teams of campaign approach, creative, and marketing plans_ _._
+ _Maintain partnership_ _s_ _to help lead the_ _creative process with_ _internal_ _teams_ _for campaigns_ _._
**_Execution_**
+ _Manage a contract employee who will serve as your direct report; responsible for_ _assisting_ _in campaign development and process management_ _for key moments._
+ _Facilitate campaign reviews,_ _updates_ _and discussions in large groups, informing teams of critical upcoming milestones and campaign tracking._
+ _Drive campaign execution in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure_ _compliant and_ _error-free_ _campaigns_ _._
+ _Develop and manage a workback schedule that includes critical milestones including delivery of assets, meetings and other_ _steppingstones_ _tracking toward_ _campaign launch._
**_Measure_** **_& Monitor_**
+ _Work closely with_ _Digital Direct_ _and cross-Microsoft channel and measurement teams to gather,_ _analyze,_ _and summarize insightful campaign reports that will_ _impact_ _future_ _campaign strategy._
+ _Orchestrate &_ _deliver campaign learnings in_ _post-launch review_ _meetings with stakeholders_ _._

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ _Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience_
+ _OR equivalent experience._
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ _Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience_
+ _Agency and vendor management experience._
+ _Great attention to detail, highly organized, and brings an understanding of how to motivate_ _and_ _inspire_ _teams_ _to deliver_ _critical business_ _results_ _._
+ _Experience partnering with designers and creative partners to develop visual assets for_ _various_ _campaigns_ _._
+ _Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across organizational and team boundaries._
+ _Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-changing environment._
+ _Proven record for data-driven decision making, innovative approaches and smart risk taking._ _?_
+ _Digital marketing in r_ _etail_ _or ecommerce_ _experience._
+ _Demonstrated ability to deliver strategy in digital marketing landscape._

_Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
