Administrative Assistant - Full Timern rnJoin a supportive team who values teamwork and professional growth!rnAs our full-time Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate with the Intake and Administration teams. This position works in SouthLight's Opioid Treatment Program and serves as the primary point of contact for new and existing SouthLight clients. You will be responsible for greeting, client check-in/check-out, scheduling, collection of appropriate co-pays and service fees associated with the visit and reconciling money daily. Experience working with the Mental Health and Substance Use population is highly preferred and will help you succeed in this role.rnOur Administrative Assistant must be willing to travel between our two Raleigh locations throughout the week, as needed, but will not need to travel back and forth between locations in the same day!rn rnSchedulernHours for this position are Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm.rnPay rnStarting at $17.00 dollars per hour.rnBenefitsrnBeing a part of a non-profit behavioral health organization has some unique benefits, along with our incredible health insurance options. Company paid life insurance, short and long term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and additional pay for working holidays.rn rnJob Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant rnrnAnswer incoming calls, provide information regarding treatment services and general inquires and transfer calls to the appropriate source rnManage client flow by providing timely check-in procedures upon arrivalrnCollect outstanding balances, coinsurances, deductibles, copays and self-pay balancesrnPerform skilled keyboarding and accurate data entry in a fully integrated electronic medical record systemrnProvide general administrative support for the program including filing, typing, copying, data entry and faxing in a prompt, efficient and cooperative mannerrnrn rnQualifications of an Administrative Assistant rnEducation and ExperiencernrnMinimum of HS diploma or GEDrnMinimum one year of experience in front office, customer service or related field.
