This position provides strategic direction for our Global Workplace Solutions managed sites through a focused effort on vendor and contract management, system integration planning and execution, and key service delivery optimization. This position should be a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for customer service and team leadership.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Significant focus on service optimization including using levers such as data analytics, sourcing, scope refinement and policy enforcement
- Support Operations by providing communication standards and facility policies
- Drive Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) system roadmap; focused on customer experience, equipment reliability, operational cost management and long-range capital planning
- Influence across teams to develop service metrics or indicators
- Translate data and improvement ideas into roadmap of opportunities that will create impactful results
- Oversee Operations capital plan; implement and continually improve capital project administration structure for full GWS team
- Manage variety of current preferred partners and assist with overall vendor strategy
- Ensure efficient operation while driving operational cost containment and service improvements to meet/exceed industry trends and oversee annual operating budget of $50MM.
- Partner with other GMI areas (Sourcing, GSE, Security, Workplace Design)
- Partner with internal stakeholders on service and technical challenges; including site or service changes
- Manage, develop, and direct a staff that handles all daily operation and strategic planning for physical asset management. Strategic partner instrumental in creating service support plans for unique business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field or related years of experience in similar role
- 8+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) tools or frameworks (Nuvolo experience preferred)
- Technical aptitude around workplace management systems and facility equipment
- Knowledge of project management framework
- Strong customer service focus with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, maturity, and ability to handle confidential information
- Must be able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and respond to requests on tight deadlines
- Lead with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work across multiple Minneapolis locations (onsite ~75% of time)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of building control systems (BAS and IoT)
- Willingness and ability to learn new soft and technical skills

- This role's location is Minneapolis & is not remote eligible at this time.
- International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
