YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Acting as the first point of contact when our clients need our help
- Answering incoming calls and emails in a friendly and efficient manner
- Solving a variety of IT concerns and assigning tickets to Technicians
- Explaining technical terms in a way clients can understand
- Providing the high-end customer service our clients expect from Verity IT

DESIRED EDUCATION AND TRACK RECORD
- Excelled in customer service positions: answering phones, emails and interacting with clients throughout an active day
- Industry-specific certification(s) such as A+, Network+, MTA, or HDI Desktop Support Technician. An equivalent college degree may substitute.
- Technical aptitude and general experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Consistently exceeded customer expectations through extraordinary service
This is a full-time position. Salary is based on your experience, technical knowledge (which we will test in our recruiting process), industry certifications you currently hold, and overall alignment to the needs of our team.
