Intake Specialist

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with an ambitious Personal Injury Law firm in the Century City area in search of an Intake Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential information, assess case eligibility, and provide exceptional customer service to clients during the initial intake process. You will play a crucial role in helping our firm evaluate and accept cases that align with our practice areas.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to gather information about their personal injury cases.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, case details, and follow-up actions in the case management system.
• Provide clear and empathetic communication to potential clients about the legal process, our firm's services, and expectations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to discuss potential cases and make recommendations regarding their acceptance or rejection.
• Assist in retaining potential clients by effectively communicating the firm's commitment to their cases and guiding them through the initial steps of engagement.
• Stay informed about personal injury law and the firm's practice areas to accurately assess cases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• An understanding of personal injury law and sales experience is a plus
• Mustbe fluent in English and Spanish
• Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with potential clients
• Proficient in data entry and document management systems
• Ability to proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with file management

• $60,000 - $75,000
