Re-Entry Program
The purpose of our re-entry program is to help those in the parole/probation community in every phase of their reintegration. Whether they are just starting out or looking to advance further, we are here to meet them where they are at.

INTAKE SPECIALIST
An intake specialist is the first point of contact with clientele, guiding them through the initial onboarding with our program.
It is important for intake specialists to have strong communication and organizational skills, as you help process clients before their scheduled session.
This is an in-person position within Boston, MA.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be comfortable assisting the parole/probation population
- Excellent in written and verbal communications
- Strong organizational skills
- Approachable and client-oriented
- Attentive to details
- Dependable punctuality
- Passion to help others
- Eagerness to expand your knowledge
- Multilingual is a plus [Not Required]
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome clients to the facility
- Complete all admissions paperwork and enter it digitally
- Assist with scheduling needs
- Answer phone and email inquiries
- Address any clients complaints or concerns
- Perform clerical work such as paperwork, copying and filing.
