Insurance Verification Coordinator - Full Time- Beaumont - Harbor Healthcare System

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Insurance Verification Coordinator position in the Beaumont, TX area.

Job Description:

Ensures the patients have proper authorizations for visits, procedures, and ancillary tests. Determines financial responsibility of patient and insurance provider.
 

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school degree or general equivalence degree.

• May have one year’s experience in a physician’s practice.

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or a Licensed Vocational Nurse preferred

• Must demonstrate knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with all ages.

• Must demonstrate knowledge of computers.

• Clinical Experience preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background and drug screen
