| Leading insurer seeks a Senior Underwriter to manage Complex Commercial Property accounts. Complex Commercial Non-Habitational Property Risks: *** Manufacturing Buildings & Equipment *** Boiler *** Mechanical Breakdown *** Industrial *** Retail Malls *** Stadiums & Recreational *** Hospitals *** Power Plants *** Warehouse *** Laboratories *** Office Buildings *** Petroleum & Mining *** Petrochemical *** Refineries *** Utilities *** Solar Farms Responsibilities: *** Assess coverage and limit requests to decide terms and conditions. *** Establish competitive policy prices. *** Analyze risk quality and execute loss prevention strategies. *** Review and request reports and other documentation to rate and underwrite coverage. *** Market products and services to internal and external stakeholders. Experience Sought: *** Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field. *** 3+ years of Commercial Property or similar underwriting experience. *** Technical knowledge of Complex Underwriting strategies. *** Associate in Management (AIM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Insurance Counselor (CIC), or similar certifications.
