Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated individual with experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be capable of conducting complex analyses and assessments related to Insurance and Real Estate, and effectively communicating their findings. This role is dynamic, requiring flexibility to manage a diverse range of tasks that can vary daily.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive insurance analysis and risk assessment for commercial properties.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with insurance requirements for properties held as collateral for various lenders and investors.
* Manage premium disbursements from escrow accounts.
* Perform appraisal reviews and correspond with servicers, investors, borrowers, and insurance agents.
* Collaborate with internal departments to protect the interests of investors according to mortgage servicing agreements and applicable laws.
* Act promptly and responsibly to address insurance-related matters.
Qualifications:
* Industry experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and articulate complex risks.
* Self-management skills to handle a wide variety of tasks independently.
* Excellent character, demonstrated by tenure in previous roles, community involvement/volunteering, humility, receptiveness to constructive feedback, and a positive attitude.
Desired Attributes:
* Tenure with previous jobs indicating stability and commitment.
* Active involvement in community or volunteer activities.
* Humble and positive demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow.
