Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities include:

• Supporting producers in an account manager role
• Directly working with clients, producers and company underwriters
• Managing existing accounts, day to day servicing
• Process quotes, renewals and issue policies
• Prepare proposals to be presented to the client
• Claims processing
• Certificate and endorsement processing for clients
• Ability to articulate and communicate coverage to clients

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active Oregon property and casualty license
• Experience managing a busy desk- ability to prioritize
• Independent insurance agency experience
• Experience handling private client customers, high value homes, collections, etc.
• Experience operating AMS 360 preferred
• Comfortable on the phone
