We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, there is significant bonus and commission potential, with earnings potential of up to $5,000 to $7,000 per month. As a vital member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to educate and advise clients on their insurance needs while contributing to the growth and success of our agency.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.
