Salary Range: $36000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Prospect and generate leads to expand your customer base.
• Educate clients on insurance options, coverages, and benefits.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Out of office marketing to local business & customers.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience (insurance sales highly preferred).
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property Casualty & Life insurance license (assistance provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• A passion for helping clients and a desire to succeed in the insurance industry.
• Willingness to attend out-of-office events to foster business relationships.
