Salary Range: $35000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Policy Recommendations: Educate clients on various insurance products and assist them in choosing the best options for their needs.
Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Requirements
Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in sales is essential. Previous sales achievements will be considered favorably.
Proximity to Office Location: Preferred candidates will reside within close proximity to the office location.
Licensing: Possession of a valid Insurance License is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Customer-Focused: Must exhibit a sincere interest in understanding and addressing the needs of clients. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
Goal-Oriented: Driven by the desire to achieve and surpass sales targets. A proactive attitude towards meeting objectives is required.
