Salary is based on experience and will be in the range of $55,000 to $65,000.
Salary Range: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering appropriate solutions.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional coverage options.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of an active Maryland Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Customer-Centric: A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
