Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Client Retention: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Groups offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Compliance: Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry.
- Communication: Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service: Must have a customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs.
