Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide informed advice.
Lead Generation: Seek out new sales leads and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Policy Development: Customize insurance policies based on the individual requirements of clients.
Cross-Selling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional insurance products to meet clients' comprehensive needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes and developments in the insurance industry to offer accurate and up-to-date information.
Outbound Calls & Follow-up: Effectively initiate sales conversations with leads and follow up to ensure clients are taken care of from the point of sale to any service needs or claims assistance.
Requirements
Licensing: Active authorization to sell property and casualty insurance in Arizona is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous. Prior Allstate experience is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-Focused: A strong desire to fulfill and exceed client expectations.
Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, fostering positive relationships and attaining our team goals
