Salary Range: $44000 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
- Engage in sales activities to drive growth and meet monthly Allstate VC goals.
- Follow the established quoting and sales process to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Requirements
- No prior insurance license is not required but preferred; willingness to obtain licenses with company support.
- Prior insurance experience is very beneficial.
- Previous call center experience is a bonus.
- Candidate must be able to commute to office Monday-Friday.
- Self-driven with a positive mindset and a focus on achieving goals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Coachable and eager to learn and perfect the sales process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
