Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $33,280 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $12,000.
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $37,440and our top earners made $30,000 in commission last year.
Hybrid opportunity available after probationary period contingent on meeting production goals.
Salary Range: $45280.00 - $65280.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Sales Generation: Actively prospect and sell insurance policies to new customers in Rosenberg, Texas.
- Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Policy Customization: Develop and propose insurance plans that meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance trends and regulations to provide the most current information.
- Administrative Duties: Handle necessary paperwork related to policies and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess an active Texas Property & Casualty License.
- Experience: Experience in insurance sales or equivalent is required. Background in the agricultural insurance sector is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong inclination towards exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating superior service.
