New office in Rochester Hills is seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling insurance products to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and the ability to effectively market insurance solutions.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives by gaining new business via telephone, networking, and other warm lead sources provided by the agency
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
• Provide guidance on policy options and assist clients in completing applications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in insurance sales.

Requirements

• Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
