Base salary of $38,000 to $45,000 based on experience. Top earners make an average of $12,000 to $20,000 in Commission.

Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
- Sales Generation: Develop and maintain a book of business by actively prospecting and identifying new opportunities for insurance sales.
- Policy Recommendations: Assess client risks and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their individual needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients and maintain regular contact to address their evolving insurance needs.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Insurance Producer license in the state of Washington.
- P&C License preferred. Willing to train. 100% licensing paid.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and sell insurance products to clients.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help clients protect their assets.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
