Salary Range: $36000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, providing expert advice and personalized solutions.
Lead Generation: Actively seek and identify potential clients through various channels to expand our client base.
Insurance Proposals: Prepare and present insurance plan proposals that meet client specifications and requirements.
Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and updating them on any policy changes or new opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure all sales comply with state and federal regulations, adhering to company policies.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide high-quality service.
Requirements
Licensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry is a plus.
Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-Focused: A strong desire to deliver exemplary service and build lasting client relationships.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage several accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
