Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health
- Spend 8-12 months in the Protg role (self-paced upon each individual)
- The program will have set sales and growth goals to keep you on track for growth
- Compensated on a monthly base plus commission structure and signing bonus
- Work closely with the Agency Owner to gain an understanding of the Agent Ownership role
- Farmers will provide leads to help generate sales
- Immersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industry
- Given the opportunity to work with the Agency owner and the District office to learn the recruiting process
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required
Successfully pass a Background Check
Ability to build rapport with clients
Consultative sales approach
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Possess strong management skills
