Salary Range: $36000.00 - $56000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, in-person meetings, and networking to generate new business.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through provided leads, referrals, and your network.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance products (auto, home, life, business).
• Assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Personal Attributes

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Licensing

• Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe). We will cover all licensing costs.
