Salary Range: $48000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide knowledgeable advice.
- Policy Development: Work closely with clients to develop customized insurance plans, ensuring each policy fits their unique requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and refine sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to better serve clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Focused: A strong orientation towards understanding and fulfilling client needs.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to effectively work in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining focus and productivity.
