We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Representative with previous phone sales experience to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with a base salary starting at $40,000, depending on experience, and a year-end earning potential of $50,000 to $70,000, inclusive of commission. As a key member of our team, you will engage with clients over the phone, providing expert guidance on insurance products and helping them find the coverage that best suits their needs.

Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.

- Follow up on personal referrals and warm leads provided by the company.
- Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Must have previous sales experience to be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
- Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
