Salary Range: $45000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as establishedstrong Emphasis on Auto Insurance. Cross-sell home, condo, renter, motorcycle, landlord, umbrella, and more from the auto insurance leads provided to you. As well as referral networking and, potential client lists & referral sources.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet and texting technology.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases using a lead management tool.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
- Must reside in the State of California.
- Prior sales experience is preferred. Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Must be highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Proficiency to multi-task-thru and follow-up.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Create relationships from a cold start. Professional Phone etiquette.
- Being bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
