Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, community events and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and delivering personalized insurance solutions
Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend coverage options based on their individual needs and goals
Process policy changes, claims, and other insurance-related transactions accurately and efficiently
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to better serve clients and provide informed advice
Requirements
A desire and drive to succeed!
Prior experience in insurance sales and appropriate P&C and or Life and Health licenses
Must believe in our core values.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
Must pass a background check
