Fully paid or reimbursed licensing
Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and understand their insurance needs
- Provide personalized advice and guidance regarding insurance coverage options
- Educate clients about different types of insurance policies and their benefits
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage based on their unique needs
- Process policy changes, claims, and other policy-related transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency
Requirements
- Active P&C insurance license in Tennessee
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
