Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious self-starter with the ability to build relationships and persuade others. The bilingual insurance sales representative position is for those with at least one year of experience in personal lines or commercial lines insurance. We need your expertise to help us maintain this level of success. The base salary for this position is $35,000-$42,000. May make an additional $8,000 - $15,000 With added commission and bonuses
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $58000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Prospect for business from generated leads/web leads
- Constantly look out for new opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through follow-ups, networking, and objection handling.
- Advise prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- Handle objections and win back clients.
- Meet or exceed sales goals as established by management
Requirements
- Maryland Property and Casualty License Required.
- 1+ years of insurance industry experience (personal lines, commercial).
- 1+ years with phone work (cold calling, telemarketing, collections, outbound sales)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Fundamental knowledge of computer software
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to build relationships and persuade others.
- Persuasive, proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
