Salary Range: $37000.00 - $57000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer customized solutions.
Sales Activities: Conduct sales activities to promote insurance products and services effectively.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to address client queries and concerns promptly.
Policy Recommendations: Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies that meet their requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policies.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses for the state of Missouri within 30-60 days.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Client-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment and work well within a team.
