Salary Range: $42000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the range of insurance products available to offer the best solutions tailored to individual requirements.
Policy Development: Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs, educating them on the details and conditions of coverage.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales objectives set by the agency, including cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and offer the most current advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a Missouri Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or similar roles is highly desirable.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focused: A keen commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote environment, managing tasks both independently and collaboratively.
