RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales and policy review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  
• Work with the Team to establish and meet marketing and production goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Customer needs-based conversations, focused on identifying gaps in coverage and financial goals to provide solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  
• Must be able to obtain relevant insurance & financial service licenses.
• Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
• Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
