Responsibilities
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and product offerings
- Collaborate with sales administration teams to support sales initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database
- Provide support for retail sales activities as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
Requirements

Previous experience in customer service in an insurance agency required
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices and cross-selling
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide the best solutions
