Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively connect with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective clients to generate leads and build a pipeline for potential sales opportunities.
Policy Recommendations: Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans to meet their specific needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide current and relevant advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Current Illinois Property & Casualty License preferred or ability to obtain one within the first few months of employment.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory for highly motivated individuals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to connect effectively with clients.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability and eagerness to meet clients' expectations and provide exceptional service.
