We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess strong integrity and honesty. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with our clients and helping them with their insurance needs.
Base salary is $30,000 - $32,000 with commissions averaging 4%-10% on what you sell. Year-end total with your base salary + commission would average $45,000 - $65,000.

Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
Requirements
- License: Candidate must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License prior to start date.
- Preferred candidate would have previous sales experience. Must be willing to learn the insurance industry.
- Ability to build and maintain connections with clients.
- Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
