Responsibilities
- Achieve established new business production goals and objectives.
- Formulate comprehensive insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close sales transactions.
- Cultivate and nurture ongoing networking relationships with key industry stakeholders, including Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
- Proactively request customer referrals while articulating the benefits of our referral program.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, particularly in the realm of financial products.
- Demonstrate prompt responsiveness by answering incoming phone calls and addressing all messages in a timely manner.
- Engage in proactive prospecting and generate new business through leads and referral sources.
- Foster and sustain client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Utilize VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies to contact prospective customers.
- Conduct diligent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, explore additional sales opportunities, and resolve or escalate problems as needed.
