Salary Range: $60000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice and guidance.Inbound Sales: Handle incoming sales calls, answer inquiries, and convert leads into customers.Policy Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet clients' unique requirements and provide comprehensive coverage.Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to enhance clients' coverage and increase sales.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust in our agency.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Insurance License: Must possess an active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and exceed sales targets.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify clients' needs and offer appropriate solutions.
