Join E.J. Insurance and Financial Services, a company dedicated to providing exemplary insurance solutions in the heart of Federal Heights, Colorado. We are currently seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Insurance Sales Representatives.
Licensed insurance agents who hold a valid Property, Casualty and Life licensed starting base salary is $50,000 a year and can earn 30% Commissions on all P&C new business. Depending on sales experience the commission during their first year can range from $15,000- $25,000, bringing total compensation to $75,000. Life sales commission is 50%. Quarterly and Yearly bonus opportunities for cross sales and bundle households.
Looking for part time or full-time Sales Reps available to work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Flexible work schedule with weekends off.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide informative solutions.
Sales Initiation: Lead efforts in generating new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach activities.
Plan Customization: Design and tailor insurance plans that precisely meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring optimal coverage.
Client Retention: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry changes and trends to offer clients the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Colorado Property, Casualty, and life licensed is a plus! Must be willing to get licensed with a 2-day course and within 3 weeks.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
