Salary Range: $75000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls enthusiastically, addressing inquiries and offering effective solutions.
Policy Customization: Create and recommend insurance plans that align closely with each clients unique requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for additional coverage that enhance and round out client portfolios.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry to offer the most informed advice.

As an Insurance Sales representative, you'll play a pivotal role in helping to drive NEW clients to navigate the complexities of insurance, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs. You'll be the face of our agency, building strong relationships and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with current and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Sales: Drive insurance sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Policy Customization: Design and suggest customized insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional coverage options.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.
Requirements:
Live connect/transfer leads experience with success in "One call close while bundling*
Licensing: A valid P&C license. Massachusetts Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required-Will pay for any non-resident License required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field required-
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-Oriented: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate efficiently with a team, fostering positive relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools.
