Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Build trust and client relationships by providing the best insurance options to meet their needs and protect their assets.
- Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate call records and client contact information
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Engage fully in ongoing training opportunities within the agency and with the District Trainer
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- A proven track record of success in sales or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A high degree of self-motivation and a results-driven approach
- Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and coachable.
- Ability to connect, engage, influence, persuade, and empathize with a variety of clients.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products, and legal regulations is a plus
- Must have Property and Casualty general lines license and pass a Background check before starting.
