Insurance Sales Agent - Johanna Waldron- Farmers

The Johanna Waldron Agency is currently seeking an Insurance Agency Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by building relationships and selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients that meet their individual and business needs. Because sales is the lifeline of every company, we make it a priority to monetize and incentivize performance on a personal level.

Salary Range: $2500.00 - $5000.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

• Must have Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Life & Health Insurance license.
