As a Full Time Commercial Lines Sales Representative you will be responsible for development and acquisition of new customers and effective management of existing customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable new customer relationships with a focus on retention to ensure continued growth.
This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by our marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate risks to identify unique insurance needs and uncover gaps in coverage.
- Meet established prospecting activity or sales goals.
- Prospecting and networking to develop new accounts.
- Provide the necessary information to account marketers to complete quoting process
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and manage existing accounts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring the following:
- 1+ year in Insurance or B2B sales
- Strong sales aptitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Established network or potential to develop one.
- Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process.
- Willingness to prospect and network to develop new business
- Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The internal drive, determination and competitive nature to be a top producer.
- Candidates with proven success in B2B sales, health sales, and life/supplemental insurance sales do well with us.
